Maintenance Officer

Corelli College have a great opportunity for a committed and experienced Maintenance Officer to join their existing team in November/December 2017. The post-holder will pay a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school and will assist the broader Site Team with the care of the academy premises, ranging from general maintenance duties to repair and refurbishment works, supporting the Premises Manager in ensuring the health and safety and security of a busy academy. Applicants will need a flexible approach to working hours and duties and may be required to cover the duties of other team members in their absence, occasionally.  The working hours of this role are 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday throughout the full year.  Our successful candidate will not only bring with them prior experience but will also have a professional qualification in a relevant trade.  Applicants should be trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, physically fit, conscientious and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
