Premises Assistant (PM)

About the role: Corelli College have a great opportunity for a committed and reliable Premises Assistant to join their existing team in November/December 2017. The post-holder will pay a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school and will assist the broader Site Team with the care of the academy premises, ranging from general maintenance duties including minor repair and refurbishment works, porterage and other duties, supporting the Premises Manager in ensuring the health and safety and security of a busy academy. Applicants will need a flexible approach to working hours and duties and may be required to cover the duties of other team members in their absence, occasionally. 

The working hours of this role are 2.00pm - 10.00pm Monday to Friday throughout the full year.  Applicants should be trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, physically fit, conscientious and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Ideally you will have good DIY skills, some knowledge of Health & Safety, basic IT skills and an understanding of Safeguarding.  We invite interested applications to consult the Job Description by clicking here.
